Returns & Exchanges
At DIVA-GENT®, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
Please review the information below to understand your rights and our returns process, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY ELIGIBILITY PERIOD
You have 14 calendar days from the date your item is delivered to notify us that you’d like to return it. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- All tags and labels must still be attached
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number, confirmation email) is required
Please note: We do not accept returns on made-to-order items or earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.
EXCHANGES
We’re happy to offer exchanges where stock is available.
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return steps and indicate clearly in your email that you’d prefer an exchange
- Once your returned item is received and approved, we’ll ship the new item
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
- Email us within 14 days of receiving it at info@diva-gent.com
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage
We’ll assess the issue and offer you either a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
